Our Bag-In- Box packaging is made from high quality materials e.g. LLDPE, NYLON , Co-ex EVOH , Aluminum Foil barrier and Metalizsd barrier. Our operators are highly skilled. Our Bag making machines are fully automated are best in the world. These machines are with high sealing and pressure consistency control.
We are able to supply different fitments or spouts to suit customers demand. Our key industry for BIB is Sauces, Liquid Eggs, Liquid Chocolates, Mayonnaise, Syrup, Fruit Juices, Wine, Ice Cream premix etc.
We can make BIB from 2 litre up to 100 litre and even customs made sizes for our customer’s
requirements.
We offer wide range of spouts and fitments depending upon the final user requirements.
IBC Liner Bag
Our IBC liner bag normally used with IBC Units and different dimensions, We can make the bag from 1,000 ltr unto 1,500 ltr with different style filling fitment and discharge spouts.
The IBC liner could be standard materials or high barrier for some of the liquid foods e.g. Fruit pulp, Sauces, Juices, Liquid chemicals etc.
Our barrier materials normally are Co-ex EVOH and metalised laminates. We also offer customs made dimension to suit each IBC units. We can supply IBC unit as well. We have our OEM manufacturing in China who is specialised in making foldable and returnable IBC for over 20 years.
For year developments, we have been successfully supplied Retort pouches, Aseptic Bag, Bag-In-Box (BIB) packaging, EVOH barrier co-extruded film & bag for many industries and in several countries e.g. India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and European countries.
